« I set up a berry factory 12 years ago, and I have been working with FRUITS ROUGES & Co since its establishment. My main occupation is farming, so my job is to grow the berries while FRUITS ROUGES & Co. is responsible for marketing and processing them.
FRUITS ROUGES & Co.’s agronomic department also supports me by driving the growth of my business in relation to market requirements, particularly in terms of plant material but also in terms of crop management practices, by incorporating, for example, integrated pest management, biodiversity, etc. »

« Together with my team, we make sure that our partner growers in France and abroad adhere to the specifications that have been laid out. We carry out upstream monitoring by performing regular on-site audits, at their production facilities. Adapted, scalable monitoring and audit plans are applied at all stages of the production process, from the field to the end product, right up until delivery. »

« Working closely with the R&D and Marketing Department responsible for developing combinations of flavours and colour associations, I am responsible for retaining the taste of the fresh fruit on an industrial scale.
Quality control takes place throughout all stages of the production process (HACCP approach), while the entire processing chain is subject to ultra-precise traceability, to ensure that users of our products are guaranteed consistently high quality and safety. »
