OUR CORE BUSINESS IS FRUIT

PROMOTING
FRENCH PRODUCTION
At FRUITS ROUGES & Co., our French production represents 70 local growers from the Hauts-de-France and Grande Est regions and partner growers across other French regions, allowing for seasonal complementarity.
Our select regional fruit is reserved for fresh consumption or freezing/processing.
PRODUCTION SUBSIDIARIES
In order to control upstream production processes, FRUITS ROUGES & Co. also has subsidiaries abroad. Our subsidiary situated in the northern region of Rabat, Morocco specialises in the production of strawberries and other fruit for frozen/processed markets, such as figs, apricots, melons, etc. We also have a subsidiary in Romania which mainly produces blueberries and raspberries. All the teams in Morocco and Romania work closely with FRUITS ROUGES & Co. activities.
MORE THAN 350 GROWERS
WORLDWIDE
To make sure we can offer premium fruit all year round, FRUITS ROUGES & Co. has forged long-term partnerships with growers worldwide who have a more suitable climate for growing certain fruit varieties.
These partner growers not only help us meet the demand for fresh berries when they are out of season in France, but they also provide a wide range of fruit for the frozen/processed division. So, at FRUITS ROUGES & Co., mangoes come from India, passion fruit from Peru, and blood oranges from Sicily to name a few.
PRODUCING SUSTAINABLY
At FRUITS ROUGES & Co., our commitment to sustainable development is also underscored by the awareness and implication of our partner growers. Each year, an increasing number of growers adopt this approach. In so doing, they are audited on a range of issues including environment, biodiversity, resources, etc. Producing safer, healthier fruit is the guiding principle in Demain la Terre’s charter
