Available fresh or frozen, FRUITS ROUGES & Co.’s fruit purees are made from fruit picked by our growers at the perfect level of ripeness.
The fruit is carefully selected and processed into fruit purees in our production facilities in France following procedures that help to retain all of the original goodness of the fresh fruit.
Comprised of 90% fruit, the purees have 10% sugar added in the form of crystallised sugar derived from local sugar beet production. The purees are also available in a 100% fruit form (with no added sugar).
These fruit-laden recipes contain no flavourings, colourants nor thickeners or preservatives.
